Ok, For fish to get, There should be no platies or mollies because they need 15 or more gallons. I would get 6 neon tetras with 3 corydoras and 2 shrimp with 5 cherry barbs. Feed them once a day every day and half a penny size should take care of it. To clean it, Change 20 percent of the water every month. Add 2 inches of gravel for the tank. The temparature should be around 70-78 degrees. Hope i helped.
