How to get rid of fat in upper arms?

i am 13 and have always had fatty upper arms. the rest of my body is normal/curvy with the exception of a tiny waist. i dont wanna make my arms look too bulky with muscle, so how do i slim my arms without looking like a bodybuilder. thanks:)
