Ideas for a swimsuit this summer?

So it's now summer and I don't have any swimsuits that are flattering for my body or bust. I'm a 36A but I have some fat on my lower stomach and sides. I've heard a bandeau is nice for smaller bust, but how about my body? I have practically no waist and no matter what I do, I can't get rid of the extra fat in my sides and lower stomach. I prefer monokinis or bikinis. Could anyone help me?
